Section 39
List to be published
(1) The National Bank shall publish the list of banks and financial institutions that are engaged in banking and financial transactions every month in a national level daily newspaper or by any other means. The condition, total loan, non-performing loan condition and other details deemed necessary by the National Bank may also be included.
